Re: Spurs told to move in with Arsenal – not go to Wembley
When Brady came out and said no chance Sullivan I think had to water down her words. And someone, Gavros maybe, last week posted some summary from the last big LOLC meeting and there was talk there of them being open to another football club from 2017-2018.

This would be AFTER our first season which I believe we may retain some influence over.

They can't play there as it ain't Kosher...

""BUT, ultimately, we've given away the right to dictate or even moan about who gets to play somewhere we don't own."

I understand it differently, as part of the agreement we're the only club allowed to play at the OS unless we agree otherwise.

That's why their options are MK Dons and Wembley, the OS would be a no brainer if it was an option.

As Johnson says, we'd have no say in them ground-sharing.

This move to the athletics stadium has always been a disaster on the cards. I did think it would take a season or two to hit home how shit the deal we struck was, but maybe this will become clear a lot sooner.

No mentor I don't want them to as it helps them out, I'd rather they have the trot up to MK Dons.

BUT, ultimately, we've given away the right to dictate or even moan about who gets to play somewhere we don't own.

The wailing wall on here would be magnificent if it happened I know that much.

"If we get 10 million out them for sharing with us for a season, I'd take it."

How could we get anything from Spurs to play in a stadium we do own??

I'd be quite happy to ground share with them on the understanding that we can fleece them for a fucking ridiculously high exorbitant fee.

Can we legally veto them from using the OS? Is that actually our decision, given that we don't actually own the ground? I don't want them there, but it may not be our call?

I don't want them there neither Jim.

I think as lease holders we do have a say unless the lease say's otherwise regarding ground sharing.

Our ground is limited to live games and live events, they will NOT play at the OS.

You can be certain that there's some failed scribe or wannabe hack furiously writing and re-writing the story, trying to "do his bit for the cause" by using words and phrases like "victims", "cast out", "persecution" & "wander the lands, homeless" as often an prominently as possible, in order to tint this situation as anti-Semitic in many people's minds.

Oh, wait. This is "the green and pleasant land". I don't think like that, so NOBODY thinks like that.

If Tottenham are allowed to play at the OS it should only be under the condition that the entire stadium is disinfected after their games and the bill sent to Levy.

Anyway, I don't think Wembley should be used for anything other than cup finals and home matches for the NATIONAL team.

No FA cup semi finals either. Getting to Wembley in club football should be a sacred, special occasion.
